Our 2021 SCA award winning brewer has been redesigned to bring you the new Varia PRO Brewer! A fully sealed Moka brew chamber, updated V02 cone and worlds first interchangeable filters on a French Press with the ability to also use a paper filter makes this the most advanced Varia Multi Brewer yet. All packaged in a Varia PRO travel case this brewing kit will be your trusted partner for years of brews to come!
It’s unique modularity offers a choice of stovetop espresso, french-press, and pour-over coffee, along with three additional configurations that have you covered for cold brew and tea.

Using a unique new approach to Moka Pot engineering, we have designed a fully sealed brew chamber providing a higher pressure while brewing as well as a more consistent saturation of the coffee puck.

UPDATED FLOW RATE AND RIBBED CONE WALLS
The Varia PRO also features an updated pour over cone that has been refined to ensure optimal flow rate for precision pour over brewing allowing for absolute control over every brew.
